Photo Shoot Options

Our packages start at $250.00 and include a basic shoot and delivery of photos to the realtor.  All image processing and posting for the web and print will be handled by the realtor.  This is a great package for the homeowner or realtor on a budget who need photos in a hurry.

We also offer a more complete photo package for unique properties.  This offers the realtor a more robust shoot but delays complete payment until the house is sold.
This package offer is as follows:

• $150.00 inital payment - includes photo shoot, post shoot photoshop enhancement, and delivery of images on CD (both large for print, and small for web).
• Remaining balance of payment for shoot to be paid to Sandhills Virtual Tours within 30 days of closing.
• Contract between realtor and SVT to be signed prior to initial shoot.
• Total cost of package to be determined by the amount of work necessary to capture property
• HD Custom Videos for DVD and YouTube shot, edited and delivered in the format of your choosing.  We use Top of the Line Canon Equipment and Lenses.
