Photo Shoot Options

There are three options for your photo shoot.  We believe that these options will provide the realtor with excellent choices no matter what their situation.

Option 1  $150  -  Simple photo shoot providing complete coverage of the listing.  With this option the realtor is provided all photos from the shoot on a CD.  These photos will be delivered as large file Jpegs so they may be used for marketing materials.  This also allows the realtor to reduce the images for embedding on their website as needed.  Most images will be around 2-4 mb per image.  Arrangements can be made to deliver the files as Raw files is so desired.

Option 2  $200  -  This option includes everything listed in Option 1 but also includes Apple Quicktime Virtual Tour Movies.  A vr-tour of a specific room can provide the user with the feel as if they were standing inside the room.  This option can also highlight a room which has unique characteristics not easily viewed or appreciated from a flat photo.  We use Quicktime Vr-tour instead of sliding panaromas because they produce less distortion of the room and have a more professional look. 

**Options 1 and 2 are provided to the relator to use on their own website and would require some ability or use of a web master and host to be of use.

Option 3   $250  -  This options includes those items found in Options 1 and 2, but also allows those realtors without their own site to have a listing available for viewing on the web hosted by Sandhills Virtual Tours.  With this option Sandhills Virtual Tours will create a template embedding the photos and vr-tours of the listing.  Along with this we will include contact information for the realtor and a brief description of the listing for the prospective buyer.  please click the featured listing icon on our site to see an example of what this may look like.
